Yoga is a pathway to wholeness; the work involved in finding our way back to ourselves can be some of the most satisfying. I use the postural practice of yoga, alignment, infused with strength & mobility drills, focused on nervous system resets, to customize my client’s fitness & life routines. Whatever your health & wellness goals, our work together holds the high aim of connecting you deeper to yourself, creating healthy habits, and giving you tools to continue moving well.

  • Provide therapeutic instruction to manage and heal from a recent injury or chronic/repetitive injury (will incorporate existing Physical therapy exercises into digestible yoga practices

  • build strength, mobility & endurance using techniques from Functional Range Conditioning
    and other methodologies to increase good body mechanics that you can apply to any movement practice

  • offer private instructions in your home or studio location (JP or Wellesley)- one-on-one or small groups *mileage calculated for travel

  • support you on your path toward health & wholeness

  • Sessions are 60, 75, or 90 minutes long
