For me, yoga is the continued practice of building awareness and integration. We can work on building these skills from multiple places - starting from the physical, the energetic (breath), or the spiritual body. I use the postural practice of yoga, alignment, resistance/strength training & joint mobility drills to focus on creating healthy nervous system responses for what life throws our way. With over 25 years of experience in using yoga as a therapeutic tool, I work with my clients to achieve their health & wellness goals.
