For me, yoga is the continued practice of building awareness and integration. We can work on building these skills from multiple places - starting from the physical, the energetic (breath), or the spiritual body. I use the postural practice of yoga, alignment, resistance/strength training & joint mobility drills to focus on creating healthy nervous system responses for what life throws our way. With over 25 years of experience in using yoga as a therapeutic tool, I work with my clients to achieve their health & wellness goals.   • 25 years experience in therapeutic applications of yoga for a recent injury or chronic/repetitive injury or medical conditions (will incorporate existing Physical therapy exercises into digestible yoga practice).

  • Strength, mobility & endurance training using Functional Range Conditioning protocols, weight training using good body mechanics that you can apply to any movement practice

  • Private instructions in your home or studio location (JP or Wellesley)- 1-1 or small groups

  • Caring Support & Coaching for a healthy lifestyle (breath, mind, body)

  • Mentoring & Education of yoga teachers or seasoned students with continued education and career development.

  • Experience teaching across diverse age groups and populations.

  • References available from students I have been supporting for 2-15 years.
