& WEEKEND YOGA IMMERSIONS FOR TEACHERS AND INTERESTED STUDENTS

Whether you are a current 200 RYT looking to expand your teaching knowledge and add a 300 RYT accreditation (totalling 500 RYT), a yoga teacher or student interested in additional trainings that stand alone, this program will have something to offer you. Daniel Orlansky and Andrea Fotopoulos lead the 300 RYT starting in August 2026: an 11-month journey into a deeper articulation of practice, skill, and teaching methodology.
Not ready to commit to a complete 300 RYT training? Continuing Education is one way to grow and expand knowledge, through practice and experience. These weekends, which are part of the 300 RYT, will also be open to teachers and students looking for opportunities to study more deeply. These Immersions explore a distinct facet, style, or tradition of Yoga, and are taught by leading practitioners in that field. 15 hr. Yoga Alliance CEUs are available for all participants of these Immersions.
Who: To enter into the official 300 hr. RYT, you must have completed a 200 hr. RYT. Upon graduation, you will be able to apply for a 500 hr. RYT Stand-alone Immersions are open to EVERYONE.
Immersions: Restorative + Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga + Adaptations, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Philosophy + Meditation, Perinatal Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga for Depression, Meridian Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Qi-Gong, Thai Massage, Anusara Principles of Alignment, and more.
Investment: 300 hr. RYT - $3000 Individual Immersions: $295 per weekend/ $150 per day when available
When: 300 hr. RYT Fridays 6:00 - 9:00 pm - Saturdays, 12:00-7:00 pm - Sundays, 9:00 – 6:00 pm; Immersions Saturdays 12:00 pm - 7:00pm - Sundays 9:00 - 6:00 pm
