Myth, Movement & the Necessity of Practice
Fall Yoga Retreat 10/9-10/12/2026
Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard
The Path of Yoga is one of both fire & nectar; it is a path of engagement & surrender. Myth, story, and the teachings converge within the structural practice of yoga, giving context and infusing meaning that we can apply to our everyday lives, not just on our mats. We are not without tools to help us remember our power, strength, and capacity to navigate the joys & heartaches in living this one wild and precious life.
Join me for this annual Fall Yoga Retreat at Martha’s Vineyard Arts Project. 4 days/3 nights of yoga practice, community, cross-cultural philosophy, postural alignment, and meditation are complimented by fresh, healthy meals and infused with ample time for rest - a great way to spend a holiday weekend.
